Richard Paolinelli began covering sports all the way back in 1982 on a blustery day in West Texas at a high school football playoff game and a one-day PGA Tour event in Midland, TX.

Since then he has covered sports from preps, to college, and even at the professional level. He’s been an award-winner as both a writer and an editor. He’s even been a sports photojournalist, because why not?
